Shipping & Returns
Once you’ve picked out your goodies and your order has been placed, it will be shipped via USPS within 1-3 days.
I have three shipping options available, plus free shipping on orders over $50! I gotchu covered, girl!
- USPS First-Class Shipping (2-5 business days) for $5
- USPS Priority Shipping (1-3 business days) will be based on weight and location.
- USPS Priority Express Shipping (1 Business day) will be based on weight and location.
- And all orders over $50 will ship FREE! (2-5 business days)
- There is also an additional option for Local Pick-Up which is only available for LOCAL customers!
- Please note that larger/heavier items (such as home decor signs) will have additional shipping charges.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please remember that it may take up to 2 business days for the tracking number to be updated. If you have not received your order within 10 business days from the ship date, please email me at email@example.com!
Please note, shipping is only available to the United States, Canada, and Australia.
Online: If you’d like to return item(s), please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of your package arrival. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless for damaged or defective reasons).
In-store: Please bring back item within 30 days of purchase.
Item(s) must be in new, unaltered, and unused condition (no signs of wear or damage). I will issue a refund once I receive and inspect the item. Refunds sometimes take up to 7 days to appear on your account.
Please note, clearance items are final sale and non-returnable!
If you receive a damaged product, please send me a picture of the item to email@example.com within 3 days of your package arrival. Please let me know if you'd like a refund or would like to exchange the item! I will send you a shipping label once I approve the return/exchange. When I receive the damaged item, I will issue your refund or ship your new item within 1-3 days. Refunds sometimes take up to 7 days to appear on your account.
If you need to cancel your order, please let me know BEFORE it has been shipped! If your order has already been sent off to the post office, it cannot be cancelled and you'll need to follow the return policy above.
HOURS OF OPERATION
Online: We accept online orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! I try to respond to all emails and messages within 12 hours to answer questions or help with any issues. In-store: We are now also located in the Copper Willow Salon at 110 South Main Street in Joliet, Montana! They are normally open Tuesday - Saturday with varying hours. Please give them a call at 406-962-3758 for estimated hours.
